fractured spine due to fall at work

hi on the 8th of feb i fell just over 4 meters from a tower scaffold that moved as i moved on it, as a result i fell over 4 meters and fractured my spine in the lower back, i was in hospital for a week and had to wear a brace for the next 10 weeks straight, i am still off work atm and wear the brace 50% of the time, the person i work for has paid me a reduced wage sinc but i am ment to be starting work on monday agaon and not sure if i can. any advice please
