wrist fractured in rta

hi i had a rta in 09. i was sat at a temp red light when a drink driver came racing towards me hitting me and another car. i received medical treatment the next day for a fratured wrist and mild whiplash . how much roughly should i expect. the man was arrested and charged.i know each claim is different  thanks

As I and many others have said on this forum, we cannot even start to guess at a figure as no two claims are the same and everyones personal situaltions which affect the value of the claim are different.

Your solicitor should have a figure in mind that they think is acceptable and is the only person who can advise you as to what they they think your claim is worth.
