It is possible you may have a claim.

In medical negligence cases it has to be established that the procedures carried out by the health care professionals was unreasonable or they failed to follow a set procedure or did soomething that was unacceptable.

It is worth you speaking to a Solicitor because they can obtain a copy of your medical records from the Hospital and your GP, obtain evidence from yourself and then make a decision as to whether there is sufficient evidence to take it further.

If something procedurally was done wrong, then this will make your case stronger, but if your pain is simply a side affect of the surgery, then you may not have a case.

This is why you need to speak to a medical negligence expert and seek their advice.

you can definitely claim. but be sure to have the proper documents and the medical records because these will be necessary for  the claim.

First you should go to another doctor and make it sure that your pain and suffering increased just because of the negligence of the previous doctor. If so, then you should definitely go for a negligence solicitor.
