level of compensation

What level of compensation would you recommended to settle on following an accident in which the other party has admitted liability?

In the accident I broke my wrist which took roughly 6 months to as good as fully recover from and there was around Â?400 damage to my personnal property.

Thank you!

Don't accept less than the best offer you can get, give me a ring or send me a text and I can get you the biggest compensation amount for your circumstances, don't accept less than the best.

I was in my local sainsburys store ,as i waiked in to the store with my fiance , so far in to the store i tripped on a tile that was half missing, and the other half was loose and the sharp edge was exposed, they knew it was damaged and and had a bit of caution tape by the hole, but left the hole exposed,  i tripped in the hole where the tile should have been. I bruised my big toe to the point of which it has gone black under the nail,it has swollen a bit, i told costomer services and logged it in their accident book,i have a photo of the hole where the  tile was,by the next day it had been repaired, how do i stand
legally, is it worth a claim? ,, how much do you think it will be worth?.
