RTA advice

Hello there

I was involved in a RTA a few months ago, the tp driver hit my car in the rear and the other side have admitted liability. However on the same day someone else had hit my car whilst I was at work and the front of the car had been damaged. I only saw the damage after work the person had not left a note or anything.

I reported both incidents to my insurance, however only got the got the repairs carried out for the accident where I was hit in the rear as I did not want to loose my no claims bonus. I went through my own insurance for repairs and the excess was written off.

In my medical appointment I was asked if have had any previous accidents I didnā??t mention that someone had hit into my car when I was at work as I was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Will this affect my claim in any way, will the third party insurers raise this issue?

Your advice will be much appreciated
Thanks

Your claim for personal injury is in respect of ther third party who hit you in the rear, and so the damage sustained to the front of your vehicle has no bearing, as you quite rightly state, you were not in the car at the time.
