Nail caught my arm and ripped top

Afternoon.

Was walking around a local shop today and a nail that was sticking out of a wall caught my arm.

The nail ripped my top and cut my arm open.

I reported the claim in the shop and had it reported in there accident book.

How would I go about making a claim?

Hi

Sorry to hear about your accident.  In order to make a claim you need to make sure that you go to the hospital or Dr to have the injury recorded.  Also try and go back to the shop to get a picture of the nail if at all possible or ask someone else to.  We would have to show that it was unreasonably dangerous.

eThis is sad to say but there are no drugs that are like Darvon;ie without the tylenol.rn The only ones that I know of are in Illinois and are in meds.
