Hi Marty

Sorry to hear about your accident.  If you wish to have some advice in relation to how we can help you with the potential of making a personal injury claim do contact us on 0800 1123 156, or go to freeinjuryclaim.com.

Without doubt there is no reason why your employers were entitled to leave the guard off the machine and should not have done so.  If it could not have been replaced for any reason the machine ought to have been decommissioned.  You will 100% be successful with a claim for personal injury should you wish to make one.

We work on a No Win No Fee Basis and you will receive 100% of your compensation.

Feel free to contact us at any time we provide a 24 hour service.
