motorcycle pothole crash

I was lucky to survive my crash after hitting a PH broke vertebrae in my spine and other bones as well as a collapsed lung, my solicitor took photos and put a claim to the council. Shortly after they recieved the claim the PH had been filled. Will this be an admission? of some liability?.

Redstar - unfortunately this cannot be taken as an admission of liabilty.

Your solicitor will explain to you that the council have a defence to claims involving potholes if they can prove that they inspected the area regularly and carried out repairs to any defects identified or reported to them.

So the fact that there is a pothole that needs repairing is (unfortunately) not enough to establish a claim.

Good luck with your claim.
