Burn at work

I used to work in Mcdonalds until about a month ago. I was working in the kitchen and was going to take burgers off the grill and slipped on a pickle on the floor. Slipped forward and burn right up my arm. Do I have a decent claim or is there no point of claiming through a lawyer?

You may well have a claim as your employer may have breached ther duty of care under health and safety at work legislation.

Speak to a personal injury solicitor who will be happy to give you a free consultation and take it from there.
