Drug Side Effects

My husband suffered heart failure and ended up in hospital for 8 days after being presribed a drug for high blood pressure. The cardiologist we saw agreed the drug was the cause.  Is there a case for this. ?

It is possible, but difficult to say for sure without knowing the full facts.

To sue for clinical negligence it has to be proved that the actions of the Doctor, Hospital or its staff was unreasonable, and wiithout knowing what drugs were prescribed, or knowing details of your husbands full medical condition it would be improper to give you a full answer on a public forum.

Hi Suz

First of all I am sorry to hear about your husbands illness especially in the circumstances you have explained!!  Medical Negligence is a specialist field and any advice in relation to your husbands incident should be obtained from a Specialist Solicitor in this field and not a high street firm.

Most Claims are difficult to asses without access to the full medical records and the opinion of an expert.  Solicitors will obtain this for you free of charge prior to advising whether there is a reasonable chance of succeeding with a claim.   They will be able to give general advice in relation to the matter before hand so do seek the appropriate advice.

We do have medical negligence solicitors on our panel if you wish to discuss the matter further or please do undertake a google search for other companies and speak to a couple before proceeding so that you are sure you make the right choice of solicitors.  Choosing a solicitor is the same as anything else you do shop around and make sure you find someone you are comfortable with.

I hope this helps.

Hi Suz,
Sorry to hear about your husband, it is very difficult to give opinion, without knowing the history of treatment doctor had given to your husband, I think you should contact to the solicitor, brief him/her about circumstance and all the documents. Standards and regulations for medical compliance vary by country and jurisdiction within countries. Medical professionals may obtain professional liability insurances to offset the risk. After consultation you will come to know the procedure, and one more important thing is that all the procedure is on NO WIN NO FEE basis.

I am so sorry for that. But I would suggest all the people who are taking drugs please don't take it. It is really harmful for your health.

Came upon this web page whilst I was rneschiag for knowledge for our web page, clearly its not all releative but its surprising how you can access a site inadvertently and find oneself perusing something very different but just as useful. I am inclined to get sidetracked a hell of a lot this way.

settlement= 3X your mdiecal bills.  (Plus your mdiecal expenses)  This is pretty common.  Take the rehab if you need it, not just to up your settlement.  The extra money that you may get out of it will not be worth all the extra time and effort you had to put into the rehab.

The best way to get quicker is to get miles in your legs. Just be aware of your nuiroundrsg when cycling and try to cycle without weaving and STAY OUT OF DRAINS. You should be fine following these rules regardless of your speed or experience.

We had our share of red cards (for hitting too) when Bird was in ergdernaitkn. He is in second grade now and thriving. He gets special math and writing time, and his report card today was worthy of a celebration (that we had, replete with dripping chocolate sauce and churros). My sons are in public school, one that we LOVE. I went to private school and saw lots of bored, RICH kids. Now that can be a lethal combination. Now I'm not saying that all private schools are like this, just like I don't think all private schools are great or public schools are bad. Kids are five years old in all kinds of schools and will have adjustment/boredom/behavior issues. We are lucky to have found an amazing school where our sons feel happy, comfortable, and confident, and I'm certain in time you'll see little Kyle as a superstar in his own right too.

I have such a hunger for God's Word and a aossipn for God's Word ever since I cried out to God to make me hungry and desperate for Him.  I started reading His Word and I want to read it more and more and more.  It used to be a chore    Have I read my Bible today?  Yes, it's ok I don't need to read anymore.   or  No, I have about 5 minutes.   or  Well, I am going to Bible Study today   does that count?   But now it's like    What can I read next?  What can God show me next?   I never feel like  Oh, I have to read the Bible.   It is not a religious ritual.  It is an act of aossipn and hunger because I want to know Jesus and who He is and what He is like and what does He have to say about this situation.

I would need to know why you need his property isurnance information ?A landlords HO policy protects his building, (part A) any sheds, detached garages (part B) vandelism if the building is vacant for up to 30days -so depending on what the issue is, the question is why you the renter need this information -If you were hurt on the property due to neglect , such as rotted steps or faulty wiring, you may have a claim, but other then that, the landlord policy is there to protect the building, the landlords investment, and the bank's investment if the house is financed.References : Licensed isurnance agent/underwriter/currently taking P and C course for Oregon.
