Hi,
I am just making a enquiry i have a a history of back problems and was out at the weekend trying to find a new mattress my wife asked me to try out a mattress in interios and when i laid down on the bed to test the mattress the bed collapsed sounds funny and at the time it was but!!! its brought my back pain back i did struggle to get off the bed and did report it to the staff who were very apologetic and found the bed to have broken so quickly put a mirror over the bed...at the time my back was sore but ok it wasn't until i got up the following day that it started to play up and both my wife and i think its been brought on by the shock and impact of the bed collapsing can you advise me on what i can or should do...either by writing to the company or just forgetting about it...many thanks Ali

You may well have a claim, but what makes a claim difficult is the fact that you have a pre-existing condition, which although aggravated by the incident,  would still have to be taken into consideration.

Speak to your local personal injury law firm, most offer a free consultation and will be happy to advise.

Claim is validl altough the key point is did you report in the accident book if so please get in contact and i will process your claim no problem.
