Do I have to be registered car keeper to make claim?

Hi I have recently written off a car. The problem is that the registered keeper of the car is my sister whilst I am main insurer on policy. I have claimed under my name but will the fact I am not registered keeper affect my claim? Thanks for any help

No, it should not affect your claim at all.  The principal is no different to that of a company car driver.

Providing you are insured, then the process will move forward just as it would in any other claim.
