fell on wet floor

i walked into a local club and slipped on the soaking wet floor and broke ma wrist!! they were no signs up, no mats down and while waiting on a lift to a and e i watched along with the bouncers 4 other people fall!! i had two witnesses who are a teacher and a nurse!! 4 bouncers did come over to see if i was ok and when the next person fell i asked if they werent going to do anything about it and i overheard them saying they had no mats to soak up the water (from the peoplecoming in from the snow) im now of my work for 6-8 weeks and goin to see an ortho doctor today as theres a 66% chance they need to operate to put my fracture into the correct position!! i had maybe 3 medium glasses of wine (under a bottle) over the course of 6 hours so wasnt even drunk!!! do i have a claim against the club?

If the floor was wet and no signs were displayed that means they were negligent. You can claim against them for their careless behavior.
I am a specialized case worker for such cases. And we work on a NO WIN NO FEE basis. We dont charge a penny from our clients.
I am sure there is something we can do for you and help you getting good compensation for the pain and trouble you are going through..These people dont realize that their these kind of careless behavior may result in serious injuries.
Anyways, if you really wish to take further step then feel free to contact me on my phone or txt me ill give you a call and from there we will take it further.
thnx

Hi,
you can make a claim as you have suffered whiplash injury from the accident. I am working for a claims company and if you want to claim email with your name number and best time to contact on samuelclaims (at) gmail (dot) com

On acceptance you will receive ????600 for referring the claim and the compensation is 100% on top.

It's no win no fee!

Regards
Sham

You most definitely have a claim. I suggest you get a solicitor that offers no win no fee agreements. Since you did say you had some wine that might bring down what you will be compensated for but you still have a very good claim in my opinion.
