I heve tripped on the public path

I tripped on a public path, which the local council admitted liability to and it is still on going after nearly 2 years. I took pictures of the uneven and potholes of the path...Plus there was about 50 witnesses (as it was on a fire test at work). In result of this I had to go to hospital by ambulance and have x-rays done etc... and substained a Knee Injury...

So yes you can make a claim for compenstation, but make sure you do it with a company that don't charges loads of money and do a 'No win, no fee' state...otherwise you can end up paying loads in fees... You have to have a medical evidence to go ahead with it or you don't have a case

Hiya, yeah you should defo. apply for some compensation as I know you are entitled to. But just remember when doing so you go to a place where there is a no win no fee service a lot of people make this mistake not too and they just end up having to pay such a huge fee. My mum went and used Milton Solicitors UK when she had a dental injury claim to make so I would suggest looking there, and they have a few branches across UK called McKeowns Solicitors Milton Keynes, McKeowns Solicitors St. Albans and they even have McKeowns Solicitors Ireland as well!!
