just started a business

Hi,
I just started my own business in march this year, sods law about a month later I  had a car accident, my car was written off. I have started a claim and have recieved a letter asking me to produce tax returns for the previous two years. I am unsure of what I should be supplying them with. I have already sent them quotes I  have recieved for work booked and records of the work I did before the accident. What else should I send them?
