persolnal injury compensation

i  went to the cinema with my girlfriend, i sat down on my seat and it collapsed from underneath me,i ended up on the floor.
i injured my back.
am i entitled to make a claim???

Hi Gavin, Yes you are as the cinema has been negligent enough to check there seating as they should do regularly as they are used on a regular basis!! Call the company i used for my claim when i fell over it's
