Achilles Tendon

I was changing gear in the company van,when my Achilles tendon tore
I am only entitled to ssp,which is a tenth of what I earn a month.
Can I claim off the car insurance for loss of earnings?

Daz - to claim compensation you have to show some fault or negligence on somebody else's behalf.

You might be able to claim if you can establish some neglegence on the part of your employers - if, for example there was a problem with the van's controls.
