re dental negligence

i have issued my claim form on 01/06/10 to cover expiry.finding it difficult to get representation due to time restraints. the dentist has filled numerous teeth and then denied doing so mis-representing medical evidence.he also extracred teeth where deep root canal treatment was a viable alternative.could you assist.thank you.
