Hit a car in a parking

Hi!

A couple of days ago I scratched a guy's car in a parking. Obviously it was my fault and I agreed to give him my insurance to sort out everything. But now I'm wondering...my insurance is comprehensive with social use only. The parking where this happened was at work. So does my insurance cover his repair in this case?
