bike accident

I had a bike accident 2 weeks ago. When I was cycling, I was hit by a car. The driver did not notice me on a road .When the police arrived it turned out that the driver was drunk. An ambulance took me to the hospital. I have a broken pelvis. I am on sick leave currently. Since I have run my own business - I am a photographer, I lose orders which causes lack of income. Moreover, I  lost many jobs where I had signed contracts with the customers. I have a wife and daughter so I need money to take care of them. What should I do? I have all the documents - the history of the disease, an extract from the hospital, the protocol of the accident.

You need to bring a personal injury claim against the driver, I recommend that you consult a solicitor who specialises in accident claims.

You should be able to recover damages for your inuries, lost earnings and any expenses.
