My friend accident

Hi,
Just a question, a friend of mine while at work fell of his bike (he is a  courier  ) and broke his arm ... Well he finished his work  then returned to the office where he was taken to hospital, where they said he fractured it in 2 or 3 places, he was in work the next day and put onto another duty that he could do with one arm.

Also he was a new rectruit only working there for a few weeks, during training they asked can everyone ride a bike obviously he can but he was not given any training as to how to cope with 20kg's on the front of the bike, and as such I feel he was not given sufficient training regarding the use of the bike hence his accident, could they be liable?

In my opinion if he havn't got any training with bike driving with so heavy postal parcel, he should accuse his employer! i think easily he will get compensation for this accident.
the best way to get compensation is to take personal injury solicitor, who will lead this case
You don't need to pay for solicitors legal service.

I personally don't think he will be able to claim, as their was nothing wrong with his bike. Although as the previous post states, if he had no training then there may be some ground to claim.
