Can i still claim ??

I Had a accident in my work van on thursday and the driver spoke to my boss and paid him for the damage to the van instead of goin via the insurance.  Over the past few days i have been getting bad pains in my neck and back and been told by the doctor that i have got whiplash from the accident. 

Can i still claim the driver of the other driver even after him payin my boss for the damge ???

Hi there sorry to hear about your accident and your injuries

You can definitly claim. Theres a claims company I went through who pay  you Â?200 when you give your claim to them. If you are interested let me know and I will get the details for you.

Yes off course you , as soon you had a pain in neck that means it is a medical error and I believe you can claim for both medicine and injury claim.

There is a problem with your boss and the driver paying to him directly. I think you need to speak to your boss and explain the suituation. So you will be able to claim your whiplash injury and keep your job safe.
