car accident

i was reversing out of a parking bay watching both ways when i noticed a car coming towards me, but he did not notice me till last minute and went into my back bumper

It was an incident that the car didn't notice and very careless in driving a car. A driver of a car was responsible for this incident. They can pay according to the law firm and what would be given to him.
