accident caused by my collegue - permanent health display

Is it possible to claim from the employer's  insurance if my collegue caused the accident while we were working? She slipped and falling over whe pushed me onto the hot stove. As she couldn't keep her balance she ended up ling on me, pressing me with her body. Due to theat accident I had many wounds and brns all front side of my body. I have permanent life display as they had to amputate my hand and cut out muscles. The employer told me that it is my friend responsible for accident as we were fighting, which is not truth at all! Please, let me know what to do.
