Accident before signing the contract with the would-be employer

Due to the bad equipment I become injured. I was supposed to replace the jar with the coffe with the fresh one. When I wanted to start  the express I didn't notive that the wires are not protected at all. Unconscious of the threteaning situation I touched it with the wet hand. The electrocution caused not only the shock but also the burn on my hand. The problem is that it was the first day of my work. I would like to know if there is any chance to claim from the would-be employer now. As I lost consciousness I was taken to the hospital by the ambulance but I don't know if it is enaugh to proof that it happened during the training to work.
