Wasted talent an looses of earnings

My naphew was successful pianist before the accident which diametarely changed his life. As he had his finguers crushed and he had damaged nerves, he will never play the piano again. He lost his only one source of earnings (he played in the orchestra before the accident).

In fact he was compensated but to my mind he should claim for more as it has affected al his life and lead to the deep depression. All his family have to shoulder the consequences of the fact that some youth dared to drive the car after the alcohol.

In fact we are not only interested in getting the reward but also in gaining the right to the pension.
