Loosing possibility of earning money due to the accident

I lost the golden opportunity in my life to earn a lot of money, which I am abke to prove. I was taking part in some kind of the competitnion, which winner was supposed to get a big amount of moeny and possibility to start working for the big international corporation. I received the letter that I am a winner and I am supposed to get the medical raport about my health condition and ability to travel a lot. Unfortunately, there was no doctor who could provide me with that document and I lost my chance.

The doctors had objections to allow me to travel by plane in my job because I took part in the car crash and I have the neurological problems. To my mind I should get the reward for loss of earnings not only for the permaent injury. How should I claim?
