Wrist fracture at home - doctor abuse

during work at home my father broke his wrist. It is minor fracture. He screem so laud that even our neighbor heard him. I go down to him took my car and go to hospital. We go to hospital in London (I don't want to write their adress yet) where doctor said it's nothing special and he just recommended to my fahter to put his broken wrist in bandage. I coudn't understand it why, but I didn't have any reason to supposed that this doctor was drunk!
After 2 months my father go back to hospital to another doctor who said that this wrist is connate wrong and he need operation! this operation will cost us thousands of pounds!

Can I make a claim for wrist fracture and medical negligance for this doctor?

Hi,

I recommend you go and speak to a solicitor about this matter straight away before making a claim. My Aunt had a similar problem, where the doctors diagnosis was wrong. She used Mckeowns solicitors milton keynes, They handled her case quickly and efficiently.

Definately speak to a solicitor before deciding what to do, they can tell you how much you should claim and if a medical negligence claim will be successful

Of Course you should go for a compensation claim for the negligence against that doctor. There are so many solicitors who can help you to come up with a successful award.
