Knocked dowm by the trolley

My accident was strange and I am still wonrerring how it might happened. The market where I used to do my shopping is placed on the hill. Once, I left my car on the lower part on the parking. I was going to do my shopping when I noticed that the cue of the shopping trolleys is comming into me. It was too late to escape and I was knocked down with at least dozen of the trolleys. I had serious injury of my head, fracture of the keg, broken knee, bruisted body. May I do the owner of the market liable?
