injured passenger to a drunk driver.

here are the facts...

Was in a car crash as a front seat passenger. The driver, unknown to me, was drunk.

He hit a wall at about 60mph with my side taking the brunt. I received superficial cuts to my face as the passanger window smashed into me. I suffered minor whiplash along with bruised ribs. The main injury was my elbow.. A deep cut which got infected and had me in hospital for four days and off work for 2 weeks. I was paid during my time off.

I still have nerve damage that affects my arm.

I got a solicitor and the drivers insurance company has admitted liability. They initially offered me a poultry 1500 followed by 2500.

I'm looking for advice on what 8 should really expect to accept under these circumstances?
