Amnesia after the cas crash

Hello, I had a car crash after which I was taken to the hospital and I had amnesia. I don't remember anything: the place or the numbers of the car. The ca was driven by some collegue of mine from the high school but I fairly know him and when I decided to start claimng I couldn't find him. The police can not or don't want to help me. What should I do? I have great problems with my memory and I can't apply for the college due to this fact. I need some money as the compensation

Hi

You have a claim for personal injury. It will be against the MIB who deal with Untraced Drivers.

For free and friendly advice call Frank on 0800 023 2551.

Bear in mind that you have suffered a brain injury (hence your amnesia) so make sure that you instruct a solicitor with specialist knowledge of such injuries and someone with specialist knowledge of MIB protocols.

Although you state that you need the compensation, don't think that this is something that will be settled overnight, particularly dealing with the MIB, you are looking at probably a minimum of 2 years, given that you have a head injury probably nearer 3.

If it is settled in less time than that then the chances are your claim will have been seriously undervalued.

Hi

If you give us as much detail as you have we can get some investigators to find the people that are at fault
