Road accident - who should cover the compensation for my injury?

I'm typing here because my accident is not typical. I was "poked" by the car of very yourng driver. I was putting my shopping into the boot when some kid wanted to park the car next to me. As he told me later it was his first day of driving on his own without a parent. I had noticed that he was nervour and he had taken few attempts to approach the parking site.. Anyway, I decided to do nothing and not pay attention to this boy in order to make him feel at easy. When I was walking to put back the trolley, I ha to pass behind his car. Suddenly the car moved and he "poked" me. It was a bad luck because another car was speeding at the same time and it didn't manage to stop. Another driver hit me and pushed onthe the kid's car. I got stock between two vehicles.

Someoone called the ambulance. It came out that I had crinched legs and displacement of the hip. I am still on the phisiotherapy and doctors say that my injusty was very big and that I will not be albe to recover in 100%.
