falling down from the stairs

I fell down from the stairs in the place where the goats are milking. It was not the first accident over there but I am the first person who reffers it. I can't assess if the stairs were in good condition or not. Anyway, there was no handrail which I could catch when I was falling down. My friend couldn't see the moment of the accident but she came over immidiately (is it enaugh to become a witness?).

I thought that it was not serious injury and I went back home. Another day I couldn't move. I called the supervisor, who drove me to the hospital.

The fracture of the foot. The bone crumbled and the piece of it is placed on the joint. Due to this I can not walk or even move this leg. I had injections and they put the plaster on this leg. I move only with crutches.

What to do to get my compensation? I am not able to move or work. My girlfriend is giving a born to our child soon and I am afraid that I won't be able to support my family. What may I do in this situation?
