Helth problems and big scare after the caesarean section

Hello, I am young mother and I would like to share my problem. To my mind it was the doctor's negligance because I could give the born to my little doughter in the natural way. I was in pain but I could stand it. The doctor said to the nurse  that he is in the rush and it's better to do the caesarean section. I was shocked but noone listened to my. My boyfriend was told that it is better for me and for the child what was not true! The doctor simply wanted to go. Now, I have serious helth problems and a big scarce. Another doctor told me that the caesarean section was not done properly. I am really put off but at the same time I am lucly because my baby is fine. I would like to prevent this kind of situation in the future. Where I can claim and reffer this negligance?
