hi first of all sorry to hear of ur condition, i also experience chronic lumber back pain and chronic neck pain after a serious car smash, i recieved Â?28,000 after waiting just 2 years but i had a conclusive medical report!!
also 4mnths ago had nearly a identical accident, hit from behind in my car whilst stationary, again further injury to my neck, suffering from severe neck pain, pins and needles in my arms with loss of motorbility, pshycalogical problems all braught back from the first accident, just had mri scan and waiting for results, obviously claiming and hoping to cover medical costs which have amounted to a small fortune!!
