Scar after the operation

hey, last year I had an accident. The doctor told me that I can have the surgery and I will be trated faster or I can stay in the hospital for another monthes and pass long rehabilitation. I am rather active person and I have no time for long treatment so I signed all documents and I had surgry. Anyway, I was not informed that after all my scar will be so big and visible. I showed it to another doctor who said that it's not normal after the surgery which I had to have such a big scar!! What should I do? WHere should I claim?

medical negligance are very hard to prove,To make a successful
claim for medical negligence,
you have to show that the treatment you received
