Blatant negligance and ignoration of my suffering

When I was leaving the warehouse of the company, which I work in, the wooden plank boke down. It was placed there instead of proper metal footbridge over the cellar, which was about 1,5 m below the entrance to the warehouse. When I was falling down I hit my shin-bone against the edge of the concrete wall. As the consequence I become injured. It was blatant negligence because about 30 meters from the place of the accident there was the metal footbridge. Unfortunately that safe entrance was out of use.

Right now I have very  deep wound (the bone was visible – about 3x3 cm). It was not possible to put it in stitches due to the fact that the demage of the tissues was to big. I suffer a lot but noone is prone to help me. i wanted to reffer the accident to the job inspection but they refused to check my company due to the fact that I was not in the hospital long enaugh and that my injury is not serious. I feel very bad aboutthe fact that they took a little of my suffering.
Has anyone has symilar experiance? What should I do?
