Causing life-thretenig situation

Comming back from the footboll match somebody started chasing me. Due to the fact that I was pretty drunk there was no problem to catch me. I was beaten-up and left on the street. When I got up I felt really dizzy and I went directly undrer the weels of the car. It caused the crash of another two cars. Do you think that I will be accused of causing this crash? How to defence myself?
