Hairdressing negligance

4 monthes ago I ws supposed to be a witness on my best friend's wedding. Unfortunately, due to the bad allergy and burnt skin on my head I was not able to attend the ceremony. I was completly broken-down after leaving the hairdress salon. The lady who was dyeing my hair hadn't performed any allergic test before. The lady didn't charge me this time but in fact I had to go to the doctor and put some ointment on my head. Furthermore, I lost my hair and I looked terrible (I am sill waitng till my hair grow long enaugh to hide the burnt places in 100%). As you can imagine I was not able to go for the wedding of my best friend and I suffered from depression for long weeks after it has happened. Now, I would like to get some money for my suffering because of this chemical substance. Should I claim to the producer of it or to the hairdresser who put it on my head?
