Whiplash money

I  suffer from whiplash after the accident which took place at my workplace. I am a driver and once some racky driver smashed into my car. I am still under the doctor's treatment and I am not able to work for the next month because of this neck injury. The problem is that the company in which I am working doesn't feel responsible for the accident and the racky driver has run away. There is a witness who confirmed hat the accident was caused by somebody else. I am in a very difficult situation because I am not able to work and I have to support my family. Is there any possibility to get the compensation for the whiplash? Who should I contact in order to recive help? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hi Mike

I would certainly look at pursuing a personal injury claim via a solicitor on a no win no fee agreement. If you had managed to obtain the registration of the vehicle then it may be possible the insurers would deal with your claim and liase with the solicitors however if there is no registration i would urge you to contact the police immediately as if you have to claim via the Motor insurers bureau they will insist on the police being involved in order to deal with your claim.

Hope this helps
