Road traffic accident

Help, i was involved in a road traffic early this week, i have been in hospital for 48 hours and now i am totally bemused as to what to do next, i was hit in the rear and pushed into the vehicle in front i was knocked unconscious and have been suffering severe neck and back pains since the accident.

I have been contacted by many accident management companies but they all seem a bit unprofessional, i do not hold legal expense insurance with my own insurance.

What can i do
