Costs of medical rehabilitation

What do You think about costs of medical rehabilitation. My solicitor said (I don't belive him!) that I cannot claim it in my case. He said i should stop beeing so ignorant in law. It's unbelivible! I Pay him thousands of pounds to get my compensation back and he don't want to do anything with almost 50,000 pounds of costs! Should i change my solicitor? I'm from Germany.

hI,

i think you would struggle to change your solicitor and might end up having to pay him, your solicitor will only be able to arrange medical rehabiltation in the event that liability has been admitted/straight forward and when you were medically examined the expert was under the influence you would benefit from physiotherapy. in the event that he did not and you are nearing the original prognosis then an addendum or second medical report could aid physiotherapy treatment.
