Accident in marketplace

Yesterday I had terrible accident in shop! I was running throught the shop, when suddenly I noticed wet, all in oil, flor! I tried to stop! But I didn't manage. I sliped on this flor and hit with my knee and ankle on floor. Something was broken, I'm going to hospital today, because I feel bed. Do You think I can clharge them? They said there was a sign! Yes there was but form other side! what to do with this?
