personal injury solictor

Hi ,

I have a question about how to choose good personal injury solictor what should I know about this ?
My friend have accident 2 years ago and his case still going... He still wait for his compesnation ...
He has very poor contact with his solicotr. Solicotr always says that he need wait and wait... And never have time to speak with my friend... Thanks for advice
