suffering after accident- who a compensation from?

Yestarday my wife had a anncident car. She is in hospital now, has problem with leg,constant 24 hour pain. She had an oeration with on her leg. She wasn't  a driver but apassanger, so my question: Who should pay for her pain?

Well.  If the driver of the vehicle in which your wife was a passenger is at fault, you will get your compensation from the drivers insurance.  However, if the driver wasnt, its the other cars (third party) driver.
