broken hip during the fall in the greengrocer's shop

When I was in a , i slipped on the piece of the rotten potato. I fell of the three steps. I broke a right part of my hip. What can i count on for?

Yeah, you can claim for that.  As long as the accident was under 3 years ago.

Were you working there, or were you a customer.  And what happened when you fell?  Did the shopkeeper speak to you, give first aid?  Anything like that?
