my lawyer carries out my case in incompetent way

I last year I worked in England in some company. It was only a job agency. An accident came about when I was driving on an  fork-lift truck and feel of its on the floor because I hit  to crates of meat. I wnet to a doctor two days after the accident, and then to hospital. An initial diagnosis: broken tha ankle. My employer throughthree weeks  didn't pay weekly remuneration. I came back to Turkey. I commissioned to a solicitor, but he didn't resolve anything during seven months.
