the culprit ran away

Did somebody experience just like me? Last Monday i had a motorbike accident. A car compeled a priority, i didn't want  to collide head-on and turned to draining ditch. unconscious i found in the hospital. A policy didn't identify that driver, there weren't witness to an accident. The motocycle is damaged and defective completely. I had only third party liability insurance and i worry its. who compensates a loss?
