unknown driver who caused the accident

I had an car accident nearly four months ago, but driver who caused the accident still cannot be found. Who could help me?

In the road accident case with untraced motorists considers Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB).This is cases when the driver who caused the accident cannot be found. If the claim fails there is nothing to pay. If the clam succeeds you may have to pay up to 30% of the claim. This depends on what you are awarded.
