friend's jokes and accident at work

Hello everyone, I had a queer event an now i don't know what to do in such a situation.
I was pushed by friend for fun and I slipped, turning a somersault. I broke my head and had a suspicion concussion. I don't want give that friend troubles. Can I claim compensation from a boss?
